Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited (formerly Amara Raja Batteries) has declared the final dividend of ₹5.10 per share (510%) with a face value of ₹1 each for the financial year 2023-24. The board also declared the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
