Amazon has completed its $50 billion investment in OpenAI, according to a filing with the US SEC. The company invested $15 billion in the first quarter, $13.7 billion in the second, and the remaining $21.3 billion after June 30. The deal gives Amazon nearly a 5% stake ahead of OpenAI's planned public listing.
