Amazon has laid off over 100 employees in its gaming divisions, including Game Growth group, Amazon’s San Diego gaming studio, and Prime Gaming, Christoph Hartmann, Vice President of Amazon Games, wrote in a memo. The company will reassign some staff to different projects, Hartmann mentioned, adding that the company's resources will be aligned to support its focus on content.
