According to a report by Morgan Stanley, e-tailers Amazon and Flipkart may record higher losses due to the newly imposed revised FDI policy on e-commerce. The report expects Flipkart's losses to increase by 20-25%. Further, it expects that the new FDI policy "is likely to lead to increased Amazon India investment and larger losses from restructuring its business operations".
