Amazon CEO Andy Jassy recently said the e-commerce platform is "actively changing how it thinks about promotions". During a town hall meeting, he told employees the best leaders are those who "get the most done with the least amount of resources". "The way to get ahead at Amazon is not to accumulate...giant team...There's no award for having...big team," he said.
