Amazon India is reportedly in talks to acquire the Indian arm of Uber Eats, the food delivery vertical of ride-hailing company Uber, to foray into the food delivery business. The talks are reportedly in the initial stages and can also result in a strategic partnership. Amazon is said to be interested in the food delivery business through its Prime membership.
