Amazon has said that it will offer an additional $100 (₹7,350) to new hires in US and Canada who show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination. The move was announced as part of Amazon's plan to employ 75,000 workers for fulfilment and logistics operations. Amazon will further pay new hires an average starting pay of more than $17 per hour.
