Amazon has removed T-shirts from its site which depicted a body in freefall from a helicopter with caption "Wanna take a ride?" and a helicopter with caption "Pinochet Is My Co-Pilot" after criticism. Under Augusto Pinochet's dictatorship from 1973-1990 in Chile, at least 120 people were given 'death flights' where they were dropped from helicopters into ocean, lakes and rivers.
