Amazon plans to invest over ₹2,000 crore in India in 2025 to expand its operations infrastructure, enhance delivery speed, and boost employee safety. The funds will support new and upgraded fulfilment centres, tech tools, and welfare programmes. This move strengthens Amazon’s position in the rising quick-commerce market against Zepto, Zomato, and Swiggy.
