Amber warnings issued as Storm Boelo batters UK with 80mph gusts

Amber weather warnings are in force across Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England as Storm Boelo brings gusts up to 80mph. Train and ferry services have been cancelled, hundreds remain without power, flood warnings are active, and an oil tanker issued a distress alert.
