Ambey Laboratories' ₹45-crore SME IPO is open for subscription from July 4 to July 8 at ₹65-68 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of 2,000 equity shares (₹1.36 lakh) and its multiples thereafter. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of 62.58 lakh shares and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 3.12 lakh shares by promoter Sarina Gupta.
