The most ambitious Mumbai Metro project is in progress with 3 operational lines. The work of the most awaited Mumbai Metro Underground project i.e. Metro 3 aka Aqua Line has been expedited. The MMRDA claims that these lines when active will ease congestion in Mumbai local trains and will improve Mumbai road traffic too
