Ambuja Cements and ACC have become the first Indian cement firms to have their net-zero targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This aligns their climate goals with the Paris Agreement's 1.5°C target, reflecting a significant step in India's industrial decarbonisation efforts.
