Ambuja Cements and ACC are owned by Gautam Adani's brother Vinod Adani and not Adani Group, The Morning Context reported. Meanwhile, CNBC-TV18 said it has verified the open offer disclosure which reads that the beneficial ownership of these two cement companies is held by Vinod and Ranjanben Adani. Adani Group announced the acquisition of Ambuja and ACC in 2022.
