Adani-owned Ambuja Cements has filed a lawsuit in Delhi HC against JSW Cement over trademark infringement. Ambuja has alleged that JSW's product holding the "Jal Kavach" trademark is copied from its "Kawach" brand, which has been in use since 2020 for its water-repellent cement. The court has referred the matter to mediation, while the hearing is scheduled for October 15.
