Jen Welter became the first female coach of a men's team in America's National Football League (NFL) after she was selected for the role by Arizona Cardinals. Welter, who has a master's degree and a PhD in sports psychology, also became the first female to play in a non-kicking position in a men's professional league in February 2014.
