US-based IT firm American CyberSystems has said that it has acquired Hyderabad-based Guru Gowri Krupa (GGK) Technologies, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will allow for expansion into new areas and provide onshore and offshore options, the company said. Incorporated in 2004, GGK Technologies is engaged in software development, product engineering, and quality assurance services.
