A 29-year-old US woman has been stranded in Dubai for around two months after she was detained and charged with the alleged crime of 'screaming in public', reports said. Tierra Young Allen faces arrest and jail term for allegedly yelling at an employee of a car rental firm, while she was vacationing there in May. Her passport was confiscated.
