FMCG major Dabur India on Friday appointed Amit Burman as its Chairman, replacing cousin Anand Burman, who stepped down as a director and Chairman. Amit had been Dabur's Vice Chairman since 2007. The company further appointed Mohit Burman as Vice Chairman, and inducted Anand Burman’s son Aditya Burman as a non-executive additional director on the board.
