Amit Shah performs symbolic 'Ravan Dahan' of drugs in Punjab's Ludhiana

Union Home Minister Amit Shah performed a symbolic 'Ravan Dahan' of 'chitta' (drugs) in Punjab's Ludhiana on the occasion of Dussehra on Tuesday. "Friends, let's pledge that by December 31, 2029, we'll rid the entire state of Punjab of the drug trade," he said at the event. Shah visited Punjab to meet families of anti-drug activists who were murdered.
