Amit Shah pushes Drug-Free India goal by 2029 in Gujarat meet

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, at a high-level meeting in Ahmedabad with Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel and Deputy CM Harsh Sanghavi, directed strict measures to control narcotics. He also ordered an action plan, expanding the 1933 helpline scope, and called for intensive enforcement drives and social awareness to achieve a drug-free India by 2029.
