AMU students protest over glass, nails found in hostel food

Students at Aligarh Muslim University's Abdullah Hall Women's Hostel protested on Monday after finding glass, nails, insects, and plastic in food. They said no action was taken despite repeated complaints to the warden. Proctorial staff and police used force against protesters. AMU's Proctor said food improvements had been made after the complaints.
