An 'eternal flame' burns under a waterfall in New York

At the Eternal Flame Falls in New York, United States, there is a small flickering flame located under the waterfalls. The flame is caused by a natural gas leak underneath the falls, and only goes out occasionally, after which it is re-lit by hikers. A small cave helps sustain the flame for long periods.
