In the dense forests of Mexico, archaeologists have unearthed a previously unknown ancient Mayan city. They have named it Ocumtun, which translates to "stone column" in the Yucatec Maya language. The city showcases large pyramid-like buildings, stone columns, and three plazas with impressive structures arranged in concentric circles, which provide valuable insights into the Mayan civilisation.
