Anderson, wanted in Bhopal gas tragedy, dies

Former Union Carbide chief Warren Anderson (92), wanted in the 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy, has died. Anderson died on Sept-29 in Florida and his death was confirmed from public records. The Indian govt made multiple requests to extradite him, and officially labeled him a fugitive. Notaby, 3,787 people died and over half a million were injured in the gas tragedy.
