Social media influencer Andrew Tate wouldn't be able to leave Romania while awaiting trial on charges of human trafficking after a Romanian court overturned a previous ruling. The earlier verdict had permitted Tate to move freely within the European Union (EU) during this period. He was indicted in mid-2023 along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian female suspects.
