Anil Ambani's Reliance Communications (RCom) will move back into bankruptcy process after an appellate tribunal on Tuesday allowed the beleaguered company's request to enter the process. The order is in accordance with the company's plans to seek to sell its telecom assets and airwave licenses through the insolvency process. The moratorium on the recovery of dues from RCom will continue.
