Union Minister of Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia on Thursday said Elon Musk's Starlink satellite connectivity is like another flower in bouquet of telecommunications in India. He said the first licence was issued to OneWeb, second licence was given to Reliance, and third licence is being given to StarLink. Earlier, he had said Starlink had been provided with Letter of Intent.
