Iran has destroyed US' Terminal High Altitude Area Defence (THAAD) radar system in Jordan, an official said. Stated to be the world's most expensive air defence system, THAAD is being used by the US to detect and intercept ballistic missiles in the Middle East. Earlier, a THAAD radar system was reportedly destroyed in UAE.
