Anthropic founders to control AI lab through new Founder LLC

Anthropic plans to create a new "Founder LLC" to serve the common good and protect its leaders from market pressure. It will initially include its seven co-founders, including CEO Dario Amodei, whom the company says are well suited to protect its mission. Anthropic will also remain a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation, allowing leaders to consider both investors and public interest.
