Anthropic offers $6 bn to buy Israeli startup that Nvidia wanted to buy: Report

Anthropic is in talks to acquire three-year-old Israeli startup Decart AI for about $6 billion, Bloomberg reported. The deal has not been finalised, and the talks could fall through. According to earlier reports, Nvidia, a previous backer and prospective buyer, was close to a deal before higher-value negotiations emerged. Amazon and Nebius are also among the companies interested in Decart.
