Anthropic has been sued by a user who accused the company of misleading customers about usage limits in its premium subscription tiers. The lawsuit claimed the actual usage provided by the Max 5x and Max 20x plans for Claude "is far below the advertised amount of usage". Max 5x and Max 20x cost $100 and $200, respectively.
