The Delhi High Court granted anticipatory bail to the former ADG (Law and Order) of Haryana in a cheating case registered in 2016 against a private company and its directors and employees. The court said that the accused has no previous antecedents against him. The bail order asked the accused to furnish a personal bond of ₹50,000.
