The Supreme Court has cancelled the bail of a man for allegedly dispossessing his wife of her lawfully inherited property. The Apex Court also reiterated that anticipatory bail is an exceptional remedy and ought not to be granted in a routine manner. The Court found that the allegations were grave in nature.
