In its first acquisition, business solutions and technology startup AntWorks has bought US-based healthcare application service provider Benchmark Systems in an all-cash deal for Rs 33 crore. However, Benchmark will continue as a separate brand after the buyout. Co-founded by ex-Infosys executive Asheesh Mehra, AntWorks is planning a second acquisition by the end of the current fiscal.
