Army Chief General Bipin Rawat on Friday said any Kashmiri youth who picks up a gun against security forces is no longer an innocent and will go to the grave. "This is not the way forward. You have to shun the gun and come over ground," he added. General Rawat was interacting with media on the 20th Kargil Vijay Diwas.
