The Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) on Saturday formally inaugurated a 'satyagraha' campaign against the Modi government for allegedly failing on promises, such as granting Special Category Status to the state. As part of the 'Matti Satyagraham', soil collected from villages and municipal wards and pitchers of water gathered from the main rivers will be sent to PM Narendra Modi.
