Apollo Micro Systems approved a ₹3,322.23 crore preferential fund raise through equity shares and convertible warrants. The company will issue ₹951.13 crore worth of equity shares and ₹2,371.09 crore worth of warrants to promoter group entities and non-promoter investors to strengthen its capital base and support future growth plans.
