Apple has admitted that some iPhone 7 and 7 Plus models running iOS 11.3 or later have been affected by a bug that disables the microphone during phone calls. In an internal document, Apple confirmed that the affected devices may display a greyed-out speaker button while making calls or using FaceTime. However, Apple is yet to comment on the issue.
