Apple is building its own search technology as an alternative to Google's search engine, the Financial Times reported. It cited Apple's standalone Web searching capabilities in iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 that gives users direct links to the websites instead of showing results from Google. Notably, Google has been iPhone's default search engine for more than 10 years.
