The Centre believes Apple has alternatives to tackle issues related to return of hundreds of tech professionals to China from Foxconn's iPhone plant in India, Moneycontrol reported. The professionals looked after assembly lines and trained people to handle tools and machines for iPhone production. Their return has prompted speculation that it may hamper production of the upcoming iPhone 17 series.
