Apple India has set a new benchmark in terms of the costliest rental deals in the country by leasing an office space for a monthly rental of ₹738 per sq ft in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex, according to reports. Registration documents accessed by Proptstack showed that the company leased the space for a five-year period.
