Apple paid a "multimillion-dollar" settlement to a US woman after iPhone repair technicians uploaded her nude images and videos online and her attorney demanded $5-million compensation. She had sent her phone for repair in 2016 to Apple-approved repair contractor Pegatron Technology Service. Technicians then uploaded extremely personal material to the woman's Facebook account and other locations.
