Apple has removed offshore crypto exchanges such as Binance, KuCoin and OKX from its App Store. This comes after the government issued show-cause notices to nine virtual digital asset service providers over alleged compliance irregularities under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act in December 2023. Huobi, Kraken, Gate.io, Bittrex, Bitstamp, MEXC and Bitfinex also received the notice.
