Apple is developing its M7 Ultra chip with support for up to 1.5TB of RAM, bringing its AI performance closer to Nvidia's flagship GPU architecture, Bloomberg reported. The memory configuration will depend on supply condition, and the chip is not expected before 2028. Apple is also said to be developing M8 and other high-end Mac chips under the codename "Cardinal".
