Apple has announced a multi-year deal with Google to use Gemini models and cloud infrastructure to power future versions of Siri and Apple Intelligence. Apple already has a partnership with OpenAI and ChatGPT does power a lot of Apple Intelligence features. According to a Bloomberg report, Apple will pay Google roughly $1 billion per year for access to Gemini models.
