Apple threatened to remove Facebook's products from its App Store after a 2019 BBC report detailed how domestic workers were being illegally bought and sold online through Instagram, the WSJ reported citing company documents. Facebook was aware of the practice before BBC's investigation, but it took limited action to try to shut down the activity until Apple threatened, WSJ said.
