Apple has agreed to pay $250 million (over ₹2,300 crore) to settle a lawsuit accusing it of falsely advertising AI features. The class action lawsuit claimed Apple promoted AI features that did not exist at the time to boost iPhone sales. A US advertising watchdog also concluded that Apple falsely claimed that the new AI-powered Siri was "available now".
