Apple has urged its iPhone and iPad users to disable the AirPlay feature after security vulnerabilities were reported in iPhones. This comes after Israeli cybersecurity firm Oligo identified that the vulnerabilities permit cybercriminals to seize control of any AirPlay-enabled device sharing the same Wi-Fi network. The cyberattacks can result in unauthorised access to devices or data theft.
