Filmmaker Shankar has revealed that he had approached Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger for the upcoming Rajinikanth starrer science fiction '2.0'. "We approached him and we had extensive negotiations with his team but things did not fall in place while signing the contract," added Shankar. He further said that later Akshay Kumar was cast in the role.
